"No spread" means using the same exchange rate for both buying and selling, which is the ideal choice for both parties involved in the transaction.

Customers can also set their target price to capture market trends.

(All exchanges only incur a 0.1% service fee, which means that only HKD 1 is charged as a service fee for every HKD 1,000 exchanged.)

For exchanging HKD to foreign currencies:
Customers can view foreign currency availability through the mobile app and complete currency exchange using FPS deposits or in-store exchanges.

Appointments: Use the mobile app to schedule foreign currency withdrawals without the need to queue.

For exchanging foreign currencies to HKD:
Customers can deposit foreign currencies in-store for matching, and once the transaction is completed, funds can be quickly transferred to the customer's account via FPS, ensuring speed and convenience.
