My experience with this shop was pretty good. I contacted them via whatsapp, and they reply fast. I booked currency via their website, by the time I arrived their shop, the rate is even lower than the rate I booked.

本來星期六諗住whatsapp同地預訂要唱錢，之後佢地藍tick唔覆。之後我先再係佢地網上預訂唱錢，禁完之後咩通知都冇。到星期一就見到cancel左，打去問佢點解，佢地話滙率變左，我話下唔係book左就confirm左咩？ 佢地話8個鐘要自己上去拎，但佢網上係冇show任何話要8個鐘上去拎。同埋佢話見到就係收工，即是怕我阻住你地收工。 其實如果你打電話問我黎唔黎到，如果你黎唔到我地會準時收工，我都覺得冇問題。當日我一直係尖沙咀，落單時間離佢地收工仲有9個字左右。真係好差
