Disappointed experience. I Locked the rate online to exchange HKD to RMB. However, when I arrived to the shop within 1 hour, the rate is different. I ask the staff, she said the rate is not the locked rate.

31/01/2024 Euro buy rate is 8.435 in t/t rate. I went to the shop to sell EUR 10k but the shop staff said 8.415 then why they keep rate 8.435 ? very disappointed
